Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at https://itech4web.com and the related services, applications, and integrations provided by iTech4Web LLC ("iTech4Web", "we", "us", or "our") (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Services

iTech4Web provides web development, software development, and related consulting services, and operates internal tools and integrations (including an integration with QuickBooks® Online) used to manage client relationships and business data. The specific scope, deliverables, fees, and timelines of any client engagement are governed by a separate written agreement, proposal, or statement of work ("SOW"), which prevails over these Terms in the event of a conflict for that engagement.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Services.

3. Accounts and authorization

If you connect a third-party account (such as QuickBooks Online) or are granted access to our tools, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your access. You represent that you are authorized to connect any account or data you make available through the Services.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Services in violation of any law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or related systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
  • introduce malware or use the Services to infringe the rights of others.

5. Third-party services

The Services integrate with third-party platforms, including Intuit / QuickBooks Online. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and access may be changed or discontinued by the third party at any time. Our handling of QuickBooks data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

All content, software, and materials provided by iTech4Web as part of the Services (excluding your data and third-party content) are owned by iTech4Web or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Ownership of custom deliverables produced under a client engagement is governed by the applicable SOW.

7. Fees

Fees for client engagements are set out in the applicable SOW or invoice. Use of the public website is free.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iTech4Web will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, for the Services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iTech4Web from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Governing law
